| June | 1949 | MUTSUMI INDUSTRY CO., LTD. was established for production of various types of dies, specialized machines, hydraulic pressing machines, and hydraulic machines by Tatsuji Kondo. |

| July | 1957 | Moved the headquarters and factory to Kita Ward, Nagoya City. | ||
| March | 1961 | Opened Komaki factory. |

| Introduced advanced machines. Started production as a professional factory of die. | ||||

| The facilities to cope with more precise and larger dies were introduced and production was started. |

| May | 2004 | Introduced the 6000kN link motion press. |

| May | 2006 | Tetsunori Kondo has assumed the presidency. | ||
| Jun Katano belonging to the Engineering dept. of Komaki factory received Kobayashi Award from Foundry Engineering Society. | ||||
| December | 2006 | Started the secondary stage of the construction work of the new Komaki factory. | ||
| May | 2007 | Introduced the 3D coordinate measuring machine (manufactured by ZEISS). | ||
| April | 2009 | Completed the third stage of the construction work of the new Komaki factory. | ||
| June | 2009 | The 60th anniversary. | ||
| September | 2013 | Introduced the five axes machining center (manufactured by YASDA). | ||
| January | 2016 | Joined "8th Automotive World 2016". | ||
| April | 2026 | Sayako Kondo has assumed the presidency. |
