Because the machines we build are not fixed models, we must acquire a wide range of knowledge and experience. When a problem occurs, we need to use experience from similar machines built in the past to respond effectively.
I once damaged a component by operating a machine in the wrong condition. When I make a mistake, I believe it is important to identify the cause clearly and prevent the same cause from creating another error.
I think it is a close-knit department. It is a good place where we can work while casually consulting and talking with each other.
