Initial consultation and
We review the information and present whether we can respond, an approximate estimate, and a possible approach.
Design ·
We align the specifications and verify them with 3D design and formability analysis before fabrication.
Fabrication and machining
We turn drawings into physical results through in-house machining, EDM, and assembly.
Inspection ·
We try out dies on our in-house press and verify special-purpose machine operation. After the tryout, 3D measurement verifies the accuracy.
Delivery
We deliver it with the inspection results. Maintenance after delivery can also be discussed.
Maintenance
We flexibly support component supply, failure response, and modification consultations.
