We have a complete 2-day weekend, with Saturdays and Sundays off. Long holidays average 9 days over Golden Week, summer holidays, and the year-end/New Year period. 10 days of paid leave are granted when you join.
We offer a marriage celebration payment and generous family allowances that also cover family members outside dependent status. The childcare-leave uptake rate has been 100% for both men and women over the past three years, and reduced-hours childcare work is available until the end of elementary school year six.
