This role first receives the customer’s difficulty. You connect what you hear to in-house design and manufacturing and work together through to a solution. You also handle quotations, delivery-date coordination, and overseas projects.
Check messages from customers and manufacturers and organize the day’s activities.

Design dies and special-purpose machines. Respond to customer requests, use simulation technology to verify risks in advance, and consider a form that is easy to use on the floor. Being able to consult sales and manufacturing colleagues immediately is another attraction of the role.

Machine die and special-purpose machine components to high precision on machining centers, wire EDM machines, and other equipment. Read drawings and handle everything from program creation and setup through finishing.
Use a wide variety of machines for machining.
Confirm the day’s machining schedule and setup.
Read drawings, create machining programs, and select cutting tools.

Proceed while measuring the finished work, asking about anything unclear on the spot.

As the culmination of every process, assemble machined components and use hand finishing and adjustment to verify the reliable operation and quality of dies and special-purpose machines. This finishing stage, where final fitting affects product quality, also includes tryouts on our in-house press and operation checks for special-purpose machines.
