Parts Machining

We handle cutting, EDM, grinding, and measurement in-house to meet the required accuracy of individual and small-lot work.

01 · When you need this

We machine one-off and small-lot work from a single drawing.

I need an individual part or replacement part

We accept prototypes, jigs, and equipment repair parts, among other work.

The job was declined because of the small lot or unusual geometry

We respond with machining expertise developed through die production.

I need a high-accuracy part

We assure accuracy in a temperature-controlled measurement room.

I only have a hand-drawn sketch

We can work from hand-drawn sketches, PDFs or measurements taken from the actual component.

02 · Machining capabilities and equipment

Machining, wire EDM, and measurement are all handled in-house.

Cutting machiningMachining centers (including 5-axis machines), NC lathes, and conventional milling machines
EDMWire EDM and sinker EDM — for details and deep ribs inaccessible to cutting tools, and machining after hardening
Grinding and finishingSurface grinding, jig grinding, and hand finishing
Measurement and inspection3D measuring machine. Inspection in a temperature-controlled (20°C ±1°C) measurement room
Supported lot sizeOne piece to small lots. We can also discuss material procurement.

03 · Reproduction machining from an actual component without drawings

From physical inspection to CAD conversion and component fabrication

For dies without drawings and discontinued parts, we can discuss the complete process from checking the physical geometry through 3D measurement, CAD conversion, and component fabrication.

Check the condition of the actual component

We consider the reproduction-machining approach from photos of the actual component, worn areas, and approximate dimensions.

Convert to CAD data with 3D scanning

We capture the shape with a non-contact 3D scanner and prepare CAD data suitable for fabrication planning.

Support through component fabrication and adjustment

We go beyond data creation, connecting component fabrication, assembly checks, and necessary adjustments in-house.

04 · PROCESS

We support the process from drawing review through machining, measurement, and delivery.

STEP 1

Quotation and drawing review

We provide a quotation based on the drawing (hand-drawn or PDF is acceptable), quantity, and delivery date.

STEP 2

Material procurement

We can work with customer-supplied material or arrange the material ourselves.

STEP 3

Machining

We combine cutting, EDM, and grinding to machine the part.

STEP 4

Inspection

We verify dimensions with 3D measurement. Ask us about issuing an inspection report.

STEP 5

Delivery

We deliver after verification and welcome consultations about continued machining.

05 · Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about parts machining

Q Can you also restore dies or parts without drawings?
We can measure the actual component or use 3D scanning to create CAD data and consider component fabrication and adjustment. Since feasibility depends on wear and damage, please begin by preparing photos of the actual component.
Q Can you support an urgent delivery date?
It depends on the details and our workload. If you tell us it is urgent, we will promptly advise the earliest possible schedule.
Q Can I really order just one piece?
We accept orders for a single piece. Individual requests such as prototypes, jigs, and equipment repair parts are routine for us.

We prepare quotations from drawings, material, and quantity.

Send the drawing (hand-drawn is acceptable), material, quantity, and desired delivery date. We will review the details and reply promptly.
