Confirm the finished result with actual measurements.
We use a high-precision CMM and a non-contact measuring system to verify the accuracy of dies, special-purpose machines, and components based on measured data. By measuring product geometry at each process and comparing it with design targets, we achieve quality assurance that does not rely only on experience or intuition.
